Yoga: The truth and a brief history
Yoga is an exercise method that’s becoming more popular in health and fitness. It’s a great way to build basic bodyweight strength and develop mobility and stability. I’m suggesting there are two different types, I call them traditional and modern. One is very different from the other but they get their wires crossed.
