The vegan diet is becoming more popular and with that popularity comes its critics. Make sure you do your homework and stay focused on the objective information.

- Encourages variety
- Digestion, absorption and excretion improves
- May promote greater self-control
Con’s
- Can be inconvenient
- Can be a big change for people
- Doesn’t make you healthy
- Harder to get certain nutrients (B12, Vit D & Iron)
- Social Acceptability
The vegan diet is perfectly ok of you want to become healthy but you’ll need to get it right and that takes time. If you want to improve your health, learn about health and not a particular diet.
